Welcome to DreamSense, a unique platform to analyze your dreams. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the DreamSense mobile application ("Service", "App") operated by DreamSense LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
PLEASE NOTE that the service includes a subscription that automatically renews, you can read more about it in the 'Subscription term and fees' section.By accessing or using the DreamSense App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
Dream Sense offers two subscription tiers:
a. Free Plan: This plan allows users to analyze up to 7 dreams per month in total at no charge.
b. Paid Plan: This plan allows users to analyze up to 50 dreams within the month. The subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time.
a. Payment: Charges for the Paid Plan will be billed on a monthly basis to the payment method provided during subscription.
b. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the iOS settings. No refunds will be provided for partially used months.
The interpretations and analyses provided by DreamSense App are based on algorithms, including technology powered by ChatGPT. These interpretations should be taken as opinions, not facts. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information presented.
You are strictly prohibited from all of the following:
a. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the App.
b. Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the App or its content.
c. Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server.
d. Using the App in any manner that may be harmful to us, our service providers, or any person or entity.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
The App and its contents are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall DreamSense LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dream Sense's App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
